About Us
Hi, my name is Osman,
Once upon a time, I thought my future was set - I was destined to take over the family business. But as I watched the company crumble, I realized I needed to chart my own path. I dedicated my academic and professional life to understanding why SMEs and family businesses fail, with the mission of helping others avoid the pitfalls that affected my family’s business.
In 2019, I founded Stoika Consulting, specializing in systemizing the management of SMEs and family businesses. Since its inception, Stoika Consulting has worked with SMEs and family companies in the U.S. and Turkey. I aim to work closely with leadership teams to transform their businesses, bringing order and sustainability to their companies and family dynamics.
I earned a B.A. from Babson College, a top-ranking school in entrepreneurship, followed by an MBA from the International University of Japan, where I studied the success of Japan’s multigenerational companies. My career has spanned over 20 years, during which I have worked in international organizations, consulted SMEs, built entrepreneurship centers, and led projects across North America, Europe, and the MENA regions.
I am currently pursuing doctoral studies at Grenoble Ecole de Management, focusing on ‘Resistance to Change in SMEs and Family Businesses,’ to deepen my expertise further and enhance the solutions I provide to my clients.
